I bought a couple of the newly launched Huda Beauty Liquid Matte. This is the first product I’m trying from the brand, created by a well-renowned Beauty Guru/ Blogger Huda Kattan. Wasn't familiar with her blog since I’m pretty new to the beauty community. It was really the packaging that caught my attention. Here're my thoughts on their Liquid Matte range.

I’m a late bloomer to beauty products so there are quite a number of brands I’m trying out for the first time. This includes Jouer Long-Wear Lip Crème Liquid Lipsticks which are the first items I’m trying from this brand. The colour range and packaging caught my attention right from the beginning. Such beautiful and wearable shades!
I was mesmerized by the beautiful ombre colours in the pan. Well, as long as it has an ombre colour effect, I’m usually sold. It was love at first sight with the Keyvn Aucoin Neo Bronzer but I resisted for a while given the price tag. Resistance is of course futile in the end.
During the week, I enjoy taking my own sweet time to meticulously put on makeup. Feel sort of like a play therapy. Sounds weird isn’t it? It’s something I look forward to start my day with, well, apart from a nice hot cuppa coffee. Um... It’s a different story when it comes to weekends.
There are so many options when it comes to eyeliners. There are different formulation like cream, liquid, gel etc; different application options in the form of pencil, brush tips, felt tips etc.
I am one lazy woman when comes to skincare routine. I prefer a no-frill skincare regimen, products that contain as little harmful ingredients as possible and brands that don’t break the bank. Now that I’m coming of age, I've kicked myself into investing a little more time and effort in my skincare routine.
I’ll be honest. I was drawn to Kiko’s Wanderlust collection because of its design. Talk about judging a book by its cover. Can’t blame me for judging a beauty product by its packaging. It’s all making an impression :)
